Fees and Registration

The full conference fee includes attendance at all conference panels, a ticket to a performance of "Edgar: The Life and Life's Work of Edgar Allan Poe, A New Chamber Musical" at the Ethical Society on Rittenhouse Square, the opening reception at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts Historic Building, the banquet, and a bus trip to the Edgar Allan Poe National Historic Site http://www.nps.gov/edal.

The on-line registration fees and hard copy registration fees (fax or snail mail) are the same:

  • $200 before March 6
  • $245 after March 6

Graduate and undergraduate student fees are lower:

  • $155 before March 6
  • $200 after March 6

If you choose to attend for one day, please contact Carol Buddock at cab5@psu.edu or by phone at 610-285-5058 to make arrangements. The following one-day fee schedule applies:

  • $25 - Thursday reception only
  • $155 - Friday conference panels & Poe-related performance
  • $125 - Saturday conference panels only (EXCLUDES banquet)
  • $200 - Saturday conference panels and banquet
  • $100 - Sunday conference panels until noon closing

Late registration fees (after 3:00 p.m. EST on 9/30/09):

  • $345 - Full registration $25 - Thursday reception only
  • $225 - Friday conference panels & Poe-related performance
  • $200 - Saturday conference panels only (EXCLUDES banquet)
  • $285 - Saturday conference panels and banquet
  • $150 - Sunday conference panels until noon closing

Registration fees are nonrefundable.

You can register by mailing the above registration form with payment. Faxed registrations to 610-285-5135 must be accompanied by credit card payment information. You can also register by phone with your credit card by calling 1-610-285-5058.

You will be notified promptly of any cancellations or schedule or program changes. Penn State Lehigh Valley will confirm your enrollment in the program.

All registrations must be received by 3:00 p.m. on September 30, 2009. After this date, please call the conference planner at 610-285-5051 for information about on-site check-in. Access: Penn State encourages persons with disabilities to participate in its programs and activities.
