All PSU undergraduate students who are selected to participate in this field study should apply immediately for the competitive Pennsylvania Commonwealth Education Abroad Scholarship provided by the Penn State Office of International Programs.
Cost includes: round-trip international airfare from Newark to Beijing; all ground transportation; all instruction and guide services; meals (as indicated on itinerary); tours and sightseeing admission fees; and, all overnight accommodations.
Trip Does Not Include: Passport fees; Visa Fees, insurance; gratuities; laundry; telephone calls; or, any other expenses of a personal nature. Prices may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
*Must be full-time Penn State University student. All others would need to pay tuition cost based on number of credits and enrollment status. Deadline for student registration is January 31, 2008. A $500 deposit is required upon acceptance into the program. Balance due by April 15, 2008. The $500 deposit is non-refundable after February 29, 2008. Space for each option is limited and will be assigned on an academic selection basis.
