Scholarships to help pay for the cost of this program will be given to all PA in-service teachers. All PSU undergraduate students who are selected to participate in the Costa Rica field study should apply immediately for the competitive Pennsylvania Commonwealth Education Abroad Scholarship provided by the Penn State Office of International Programs. |

Cost includes airfare from Newark, all ground transportation, admission fees, meals (as indicated on itinerary), zipline, and all overnight accommodations.
International and national airport departure tax (Approx. $26.00 per person); border fee to enter Panama; and personal expenses are not included. Prices may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
*Must be full-time Penn State University student. All others would need
to pay tuition cost
based on number of credits and enrollment status. Deadline for student
registration is February 28, 2008 (extended to March 10, 2008). A $500 deposit is required upon acceptance
into the program. Balance due by May 30, 2008. The $500 deposit is non-refundable
after May 30, 2008. Space for each option is limited and will be assigned
on an academic selection basis.
