Schedule of Activities for Experiment Three

Date Activity

Day 1
Date:		 Plant appropriate seeds in quads.

Day 4 or 5
Date: 		Record phenotypes. Thin plants to one plant per cell.
Day 10 to 14
Date:		 Separate "like" plants using and index card and stakes. One anthocyanin-less, yellow-green plant and one anthocyanin, green plant should be isolated on each side of the index card.

Day 14, 16, 18
Date: 		Carry out Reciprocal Pollination of flowers using two separate beesticks. Pollinate only six flowers per plant.

Days 20 to 39
Date: 		Pinch off unopened buds and shoots.

Days 39
Date:		 Harvest seeds and plant in quad.

Days 47 to 52
Date: 		Count numbers of each phenotype.
