COMPANY INFORMATION DATABASES Hoover's Online offers indepth information on publicly held companies as well as some limited information on many privately held companies. For a good overview of a company, choose "View Quick Report." Mergent Online has a wealth of company and investment information including the full text of thousands of annual reports. Enter Mergent, and then use the tabs across the top to navigate. Penn State Shreyer Business Library's Locating Company Information Tutorial lists many other excellent sources of company information, with Flash video search tutorials. JOURNAL AND NEWSPAPER ARTICLE SOURCES ProQuest Direct and ABI/Inform (business-related information only) search newspapers, journals, newsletters, and trade publications. Use the "Company" search box. The Morning Call (Allentown) is a valuable source of information on local companies. Lexis/Nexis Academic Universe includes the last 6 months full-text.
