Armed Conflict Database covers international and internal conflicts, as well as terrorism including data and year-by-year analyses and fact sheets.

CQ Electronic Library is a reference source for research in American government, politics, history, public policy, and current affairs. The library includes the online version of CQ Weekly, CQ Researcher, CQ Congress Collection, CQ Voting and Elections Collection, CQ Historic Documents Online

CQ Researcher - One subset of the CQ Library (above), this source offers a wealth of information on current issues including expert analysis, statistics, related books and articles, pro-con debate, and more.

GPO Access provides free online use of over 1,000 databases of Federal information from the Government Printing Office, including bills, laws, presidential materials the Congressional Record, and much more.

Lexis/Nexis includes Lexis/Nexus Congressional, Primary Sources in U.S. History, Lexis/Nexis State Capital, and Lexis/Nexis Statistical.

National Journal (Technology Daily) offers the full-text of key magazines, newsletters, books and directories from the National Journal Group such as Congress Daily, Hotline (campaign info), Poll Track, Almanac of American Politics, etc.

Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center provides essays from nearly 360 "Opposing Viewpoints" titles focusing on today's hot button issues as well as ongoing controversies, supplemented by primary documents and other supporting information.

PolicyFile (Public Policy Research & Analysis) draws its content from public policy think tanks, university research programs, research organizations and publishers.

Polling the Nations is a searchable database of questions from more than 14,000 surveys conducted by more than 700 polling organizations in the United States and more than 80 other countries from 1986 to the present.

Public Administration Abstracts is an index to recent literature on all aspects of public administration.

Social Science Abstracts indexes journal articles on all aspects of the social sciences, including political science.

Worldwide Political Science Abstracts indexes research articles in the fields of political science, international relations, law, and public administration and policy from 1975-to date.

FirstGov is the official portal for United States government sites.

FedWorld is a similar site maintained by the National Technical Information Services (NTIS).
