The Library currently has fourteen wireless laptops available at the Circulation desk for loan to current Penn State students.

• All laptops are configured for easy wireless access to the Penn State network and internet (users must have a valid Access ID and password).

• Laptops may be borrowed for two hours at a time. After two hours, laptops may be re-issued if not reserved by another student. All laptops must be returned fifteen minutes before closing.

• Laptops are restricted at all times to use in the Library only and should never be left unattended.

• The student is responsible for all computer hardware and software borrowed. Any damage or loss is the responsibility of the borrower.

• The student understands that all software and documentation provided are copyrighted and may not be duplicated or altered for any reason without permission of the copyright holder and Penn State Lehigh Valley.

• Laptops not returned on time will be subject to overdue fees of 1.00/hour for each hour overdue, including overnight. Laptops not returned within 24 hours following the due date/time may be presumed lost and replacement fees of $2,500, in addition to overdue fees, may be assessed.
