Please review the link for policies set forth by University Park: http://guru.psu.edu/policies/AD18.html It is illegal for anyone to possess, use or sell any Drugs or item deemed to be illegal in the Pennsylvania Crimes Code’s “Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act.” Firearms and Weapons of any kind are not permitted on campus property. It is a violation of policy for any person to possess, carry or use a weapon, ammunition or explosive on University-owned or controlled property. Smoking and use of tobacco products are prohibited inside of all campus buildings and at building entrances. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking areas that are clearly marked.
